When Covid hit we decided I needed to redesign and rebuild the website. The original site worked great when a brand and or category had less the 16 variants but we had many brands with a lot more. We also had 2 locations with only partial product overlap.

The original site was built in PHP, so I started from scratch and built the new version in Parse/Node.js. Every week a small tweak is made and sometimes they help with conversions and sometimes not. On some days 90% or more cart views turn into conversions.
