The Virtouz Agent IQ application was the interface to create and manage virtual customer service agents, which are now called chatbots. The main experience was based on a drag-and-drop editor to build customer query trees.

To effectively convey the design language and user experience I developed a partially functional prototype to explore different interaction and layout ideas. It also served as the design specification for the development team.
