Worked with Polycom to create a new version of their video desktop phone for executives based on workshops, research and user testing, which resulted in very valuable insights.

Unfortunately, a blended design was used to skin the existing interface with minor layout refinements. I did learn the hard way that you cannot fly to Canada using a passport card.
