The industrial design team developed a set of innovative camera designs with a vertical based controller, based on strategy driven by user research, so I needed to propose how the controls would actually work to capture and manage photos.
This is one of several projects in which the industrial design drove the user experience, sometimes the cart comes before the horse. While it was not produced, key insights were leveraged for a camera that went into production.
