Samsung’s print drivers were radically inconsistent from an organizational and layout perspective and they wanted to create a common logic so that a user of an entry-level inkjet could easily use their multi-function printers.

We were able to come up with an organization and layout system that worked across a range of products. This was possible because a solid foundation was built upon user research.
